Fast food retailer launches new ‘walk-thru’ restaurants in US
New York.
At a rather large press conference today, an evolution in the retail of fast food in America was announced. Radical new ‘walk-thru’ restaurants will feature all the benefits of the standard ‘drive-thru’ version, but with the format changed to allow customers to walk in through the front door rather than drive.
Early teething problems have been solved with the fitting of toughened glass to prevent mistaken visitors driving straight in.
